Lori Loughlin and Mossimo Giannulli have found a buyer for their Los Angeles home — which was placed on the market months ago.

When reached by PEOPLE, representatives for both parties had no comment on the sale of the home, which is estimated to be valued at over $14.9 million. The home boasts clean lines, a sprawling backyard featuring a fire pit and a pool, as well as a home gym. The home is currently under contract from a buyer, according to property records on Zillow. TMZ was first to report the news.

The Full House alum and her estranged husband initially listed the 11,800-square-foot mansion in the Hidden Hills area of L.A. for $16.5 million in February.

PEOPLE confirmed that Loughlin, 61, and Giannuli, 62, have separated after 28 years of marriage. The former couple share daughters Olivia Jade and Isabella Rose Giannulli.

“They are living apart and taking a break from their marriage. There are no legal proceedings at this time,” Loughlin’s representative Elizabeth Much told PEOPLE.

The former couple purchased the home for $9.5 million in August 2020PEOPLE previously confirmed. At the time, they were embroiled in a high-profile college admissions scandal involving their daughters in 2019, sometimes referred to as Operation Varsity Blues. Loughlin and Mossimo are also rumored to share vacation properties in Idaho and Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.

In May 2020, Loughlin and Mossimo pleaded guilty to wire and mail fraud after they paid $500,000 for their daughters’ admission into the University of Southern California. The two were falsely named as recruits to the university’s crew team, even though neither ever participated in the sport, including posing for photos of themselves working out using crew machines.

Loughlin’s longtime personal friend and former Full House costar John Stamos recently called Mossimo a “narcissist” in the Monday, Oct. 20 episode of the Good Guys podcast.

“He’s a terrible narcissist, and I don’t think you ever get out of that unless you’re able to,” Stamos, 62, said, adding that although he knows a little about Mossimo, he still questions, “How do you bust that up?”
