Bunnings Sensationally Introduces Buying Limit Of Two For Mega Popular New Item

Bluey and Bunnings have continued their wildly successful collaboration with a new festive range – and one item is so popular customers can only buy two each.

The exclusive range of character-themed Christmas merchandise is sure to get any fan into the festive spirit.

But there’s one item in particular that will have Bluey fans running to the retailer – the $19 Santa Garden Gnome Statue.

The latest addition to the Bluey Hammerbarn Gnome family is 28cm tall and wears a festive Santa hat, matching red suit, and has a present sack slung on his back.

And in a clear sign Bunnings expects Bluey fans to snap up the outdoor statue, a notice accompanying the product’s listing already specifies that there is a ‘customer limit of two Gnomes per transaction per person’.

The beloved children’s show has previously sparked a frenzy with the release of their ‘Hammerbarn’ collectible gnomes. For the uninitiated, Hammerbarn is the fictional Bunnings-like hardware store featured in the Aussie TV show.

The already-released Bluey garden gnomes range includes fan favourites like Hecuba, Jeremy, Tony, Meditation, Gerald, Groom, Bride, French Baker and Exercise.

The initial range launched in 2024 and promptly sold out. A second batch of the sought-after ceramic gnomes was released earlier this July.

Shoppers immediately responded with excitement to a Bunnings social media

announcing the latest gnome addition.

‘So lucky to get one as we were shopping today, my daughters love it,’ one mother responded.

‘I’m on the way,’ said another parent. ‘I don’t know who’s excited… me or the kids haha.’

However, one person worried they’d already left it too late. ‘Oh man, they’ll already be sold out.’

The other Bluey Christmas item fans are clamouring to get hold of is the outdoor inflatables.

There are three festive inflatables to choose from: a solo-standing Bluey, a solo-standing Bingo, or the entire Heeler clan.

The Bluey Christmas Inflatable costs $59, stands 1.52m tall and features the show’s eponymous character holding a present.

As an adorable accompaniment, there’s a Bingo Inflatable for $49, which stands 1.07m tall and depicts Bingo holding a candy cane.

But families who want to go all out with their decorations won’t be able to resist the entire Heeler family inflatable.

The Bluey Family Christmas Inflatable is priced at $149 and features a festive tableau of Bluey and Bingo standing with mum Chilli and dad Bandit. The enormous display is unmissable, measuring 1.98m tall, 2.10m wide and 1.5m deep.

A 10-second video of the Bluey Inflatable range being filled with air and brought to life has already gone viral on Bunnings’ social media channels – and generated excitement among families.

‘OMG IM SCREAMING,’ replied one mum.

‘These are adorable,’ another added with a love heart emoji.

One happy customer wrote: ‘We bought the Bluey family today – kids and adults are in love!’

However, several replies noted that the inflatables were already sold out at their local Bunnings.

‘Already out of stock in Queensland,’ confirmed one shopper.

Bunnings’ social media team explained in the replies that ‘unfortunately we don’t have any plans to restock the Bluey inflatables’ in stores where they’ve already sold out.

So if you find one in your local store, consider yourself lucky!

Another festive item available this holiday season is Bluey-themed Christmas wrapping paper.

A sure-fire winner for decorating kids’ presents, the 1.5m roll of wrapping paper is 70cm wide and costs $5.90 per roll.

Available in either red or blue, both wrapping paper designs feature festive Bluey characters.
