Many Sam’s Club members may already know that the warehouse chain has a delightful tradition worth planning a grocery trip around: seasonal Member’s Mark Sundaes with rotating flavors.

Since each new sundae is only available for a limited time at Sam’s Club Cafés before being replaced by another surprise flavor, members are constantly anticipating — and trying to guess — what’s coming next.

Past sundae offerings have included fan-favorite creations like the Santa’s Milk & Cookies Sundae, Birthday Cake Sundae, Be Mine Choco-Strawberry Sundae, and Peaches N Cream Sundae from this summer.

To celebrate the holiday season, Sam’s Club is keeping things festive with its latest creation: the Jingle Cookie Crunch Sundae. Starting December 1, this limited-time Member’s Mark sundae will launch in stores and be available for the remainder of the month.

The Jingle Cookie Crunch Sundae starts with a soft, vanilla-flavored frozen yogurt base that’s layered with chocolate cookie crumbles and topped with Member’s Mark Mini Candy Cookies, which are studded with colorful, candy-coated chocolates, like M&Ms. (The Mini Candy Cookies are also available for purchase in the bakery department and baked fresh daily.)

Each bite of this sundae features layers of satisfying textures, from the crunchy cookie pieces and buttery crumbs to the creamy, smooth frozen yogurt. As a Sam’s Club representative tells Food & Wine, the membership-based club aims to “bring home the holiday cheer with this festive (take) on a classic favorite.” You can snag the Jingle Cookie Crunch Sundae at Sam’s Club Cafés for the low price of just $1.58 throughout December.

While the policy may vary by location, most Sam’s Club Cafés don’t require a membership to dine there — meaning anyone can enjoy this seasonal treat.

For members already shopping for their weekly groceries in- store, the chain’s Scan and Go feature on its app allows you to order your sundae (as well as other food court items) online and pay ahead of time if desired.

The ever-changing sundae flavors at this massive retailer aren’t chosen randomly; they’re actually based on member votes. Sam’s Club confirms that the new Member’s Mark sundae — just like previous flavors — was selected through members’ votes via social media polls on multiple platforms.

In the most recent poll for December’s sundae, the Jingle Cookie Crunch Sundae was up against the Berry Merry Crunch Sundae to determine which one would appear in stores. The voting process is a way of “reflecting the brand’s dedication to listening to and meeting the preferences of its members,” Sam’s Club notes.

Luckily, we can all reap the sweet benefits of this attention to what customers want.
