A notorious beachfront mansion known for its wild OnlyFans parties and loud antics has neighbours worried once again.

The two-storey home in Moana, 38km south-west of Adelaidehas a chequered past riddled with drama.

But news of the concept has sparked fear among neighbours who worry history might repeat itself. The suburban street is home to retirees and families who all want the same thing: a quiet, peaceful life.

‘It’s a quiet residential area, we don’t want a party house here again,’ one neighbour told Daily Mail.

‘As long as they don’t make any noise and keep to themselves, it’s fine,’ another added.

One elderly retired woman was unaware of the concept entirely and barely understood it, but hoped the youngsters would behave.

Another older gentleman, who also wished to remain anonymous, said he hopes the council will chime in and focus on the problem, along with a string of other issues such as local traffic flow.

While another local agreed, he added that there hasn’t been any noise ‘for a while’ – and hoped it’ll stay that way.

The general consensus is clear: Don’t make excessive noise and there won’t be an issue.

Former Onkaparinga Acting Mayor Simon McMahonalso shared his concerns on Facebook, stating:‘Council and the State Government must do to protect residents from commercial party operations in residential neighbourhoods.’

For the next two months, the mansion is being dubbed ‘The Party Games House’ in which influencers will play drinking games three times a week, including Tipsy Land, Ker-Drunk, Naughty Words, and Shot Wheels.

Frida Khalife, 23, is the first of six influencers announced to be taking part in the project. The remaining five will be chosen this week.

The blonde bombshell is excited to be a part of the Big Brother-style experiment. For her, it’s a dream come true.

All participants will live rent-free, complete with a live-in chef providing all their daily meals, and endless entertainment.

In between creative ventures, they can relax by the pool, enjoy the views, get to know each other and soak up the unique experience.

‘I’m really looking forward to meeting new people, creating amazing content, and having the freedom to focus on what I love. And honestly, waking up to ocean views every morning is a bonus,’ Frida told Daily Mail.

‘We’re all young and fun, but we’re also super respectful. We want our neighbours to see that this isn’t a wild free-for-all “party” house.’

To keep behaviour in check, professional security will be on site at all times.

All ‘housemates’ will be women, and they will decide who may attend the weekly parties

Self-made multimillionaire Shane Yeend is the brains behind the idea, calling it ‘the opportunity of a lifetime’.

When asked about the concerns the neighbours have, Mr Yeend said: ‘I’m not even sure what all the fuss is about.

‘We have leased this stunning property and entered into a long-term lease from a corporate entity, even all the utilities are in our name. That’s it. This is not a short stay rental or AirBnB.

‘We understand the history of the property and that it has hosted some wild big parties in the past – that is not what is happening here. So it’s completely fair for locals to have questions, and we are here to answer them anytime like any good neighbour.’

Unlike reality TV, the TikTok content will be entirely unscripted, with creators sharing their experiences live each day. Applications to join the house are still open.

Each bedroom comes complete with a queen bed, dual shower, bathtub overlooking the street and private ensuite. The transparent shower walls and bathroom door have raised eyebrows among locals.

Other features in the house include a pool, spa, elevator, basement, spacious living areas and sweeping views of the beach.

One resident also recalled seeing topless women near windows, Lamborghinis doing burnouts down the street and young people going to and from the property a few years ago.

Mike Sanchez claims he told owners of the Moana mansion, in Adelaide’s south, that he would be using the home for a photoshoot.

He paid $5,500 to rent the home for two nights, and planned to film several videos and take photos for his OnlyFans page – a subscription service for adult content.

But halfway through his stay, Mr Sanchez claims he was kicked out and not offered a refund.

‘I would describe it as blatant discrimination against the sex industry and sex workers,’ he told 7News.

Mr Sanchez claimed to pick the venue because it was the ‘perfect setting’ for a ‘professional-looking photoshoot’.

‘There was some suggestive stuff but it was all clothed in lingerie – there was no nudity,’ he added.
