“Don’t get caught in others’ words, get your Self Esteem”. Self-confidence is an important factor in success, relationships, and happiness. It plays a significant role in living a flourishing life hence it provides us with belief in our abilities and the motivation to carry them out, ultimately reaching fulfilment as we navigate life with a positive outlook. It also has a direct relationship with our overall well-being and health. This is why its importance cannot be denied or neglected.

From here, we had the opportunity to meet the model Elsa Boulos  and highlight this fundamental issue, as Elsa is classified among the most prominent influencers on social networking sites who can inspire her followers and boost their self-confidence and esteem.

Elsa has indicated that the importance of self-confidence lies in the individual’s ability to achieve his goals, aspirations and dreams without fear because lack of self-confidence will inevitably lead to the destruction of these dreams. People who lack self-confidence have difficulty exchanging ideas with others and properly expressing themselves.

In a parallel context, Elsa mentioned that a self-confident person can motivate himself automatically, without waiting for external reinforcers, and this does not eliminate the role of external reinforcers, but rather indicates that a person has great self-confidence, and can strengthen himself internally.

In conclusion, Elsa explained that the struggle of the soul is the most hazardous challenge in life that a person has to overcome to reach his goal by dedicating a spirit of confidence both mentally and psychologically.  No one’s life is easy all the way through. But when you face difficulty, you have two choices: You can let obstacles be roadblocks, or you can use those same challenges to become the person you want to become and live the life you want to live.
